Exceptional customer service and quality of product. Mr. Alex K was such a pleasure to speak with and he helped me a great deal with selecting the dimensions and type of mirror for my basement gym. He was incredibly polite, pleasant and organized. The team of installers were also as professional and pleasant. The product is beautiful and of exceptional quality. I definitely recommend this business.

After staring thru foggy glass for years I was referred to Vitrerie Des Sources - they just finished installing 9 new panes of glass..the best company! and people doing the work. Tidy, clean , quiet and they took all the old glass. Very best job!

I've dealt with Vitreries des Sources ever since they opened in 2009.

I saw a new business open near my house and walked in with my torn window screen asking if they can repair it.

I was served right away and the next day my screen was repaired and ready for pick up.

6 years ago I had 3 windows at home that had lost their gas, looked humid and wet all the time. I didn't want to change my windows because the frames were in good shape.

Alex came over, took measurements and suggested I change my glass window panes only, not the entire frame. I agreed and he installed 3 new low argon double pane glass.

Last month, I called Alex and told him to install a low argon glass at my daughter's house, like he had done at my place. He went over and noticed that this window was not getting any sun, so a low argon glass would be too much. He suggested we install a thermal pane which will be just as effective but less expensive.

Needless to say I took his suggestion right away. I placed my order, gave my deposit, and 2 weeks later they went to install it. The installation was once again clean and professional.

The service is always impeccable. The prices are very fair, and most of all this business is one you can trust to give you a straight forward honest answer.

I will always give this place my business.

I received a prompt response from this shop over text. I brought my window in for repair and it was ready the next day. The quoted (and agreed upon) price was reduced in the end. There are professional and good natured people working here (a hard combo to find these days).

We recently had Vitrerie des Sources install two large mirrors with a border. We found them to be very professional and pleasant to work with. The workmanship was great and we are very happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend this company for your projects.

J’avais une armoire pharmacie avec une petite porte en miroir dans lequel je ne me voyais pas suffisamment à mon goût. Maintenant qu’ils ont pu ajouter un plus grand miroir sur le cadre de la porte ainsi que d’en ajouter un aussi à l’intérieur de la porte , mon problème est réglé, en plus que l’armoire fait maintenant allure plus moderne.
Alex et son équipe ont fait un très bon travail et se sont assurés que j’étais satisfaite. Je recommande ce commerce pour le personnel courtois, les prix raisonnable et pour la rapidité des services.
